I'm a Business Development Manager for a local dealership group. Another title for what I do, though it's too narrow to actually cover my full responsibilities, is Internet Sales Manager. My primary job is that of an ISM; handle all incoming Internet leads, sell appointments, get them in the door and in front of a sales consultant and then help close the deal if need be. But I also handle much, if not most, of our online presence (marketing and advertising). Hence why I am more of a BDM than an ISM.
I enjoy it. There's a virtually unlimited potential for my monthly income due to the incentives and bonuses I get for setting appointments and selling cars. I'm not a commission-based position (I don't receive commission), so I have a base salary. Which gives me more stability than I would have as a sales consultant. Overall I thoroughly enjoy it. I'm able to bring my IT background into my work on a near-daily basis. That definitely makes it easier to get excited about.

I'm an academic, I am starting honours in Computer Science next semester, and also finishing off another degree in Anatomy and Human Biology at the same time.
I have a part time job as a security analyst. I try to break into secure systems (usually websites), then tell people how to fix the exploits I find. I'm also currently working on some genome analysis algorithms as part of a research project I got roped into.

Up until last thursday I had been a waitress at Waffle House since 2004, Thursday I put in my notice, and was denied the opportunity to work out that notice, now I am jobless, but I'm in school full time so it makes up for it!

michebag.com/If you've ever heard of the purses that you can change the outside cover on... That's where I work. Website looks like crap right now, but I redesigned it with a lot of jQuery and CSS3, it just hasn't been released yet so I legally can't show anyone. haha The new design is so much cleaner. I wish they'd hurry and make it live. :\ One of two web designers. The other does mostly mass emails, which leaves me for just about everything else. It's a good time.
