How old were you when you first used the internet?
I'm not really sure exactly. I didn't start using the internet for recreational stuff until I was probably around 10 years old, but I think I remember using the internet in school before I was 10 years old. When I first started using the internet for recreation, it was just for playing online games. I got into forums and stuff when I was 12 years old though. I think I'll go with "1 to 10" as my answer.
What about you?

When I was in elementary school the teachers taught us to get to Coffee Break Arcade to play flash games. Not sure why, but we all loved it. So I was about.. 6 or 7 at that point.

If I used the internet before I was 10, it was maybe for a research paper or something. I'm thinking I was 11 or 12 when I first started using it a lot.

I was 7 or 8. I remember thinking that you had to be really intelligent to use it. I had no idea what I was doing.

No idea really, I remember using AOL/Net Zero and all that jazz probably when I was 8 or even younger. I remember thinking it was the greatest thing ever that you could download music and videos for free.

I was definitely under 10, but I don't know exactly how old I was. I'm just barely old enough to remember the Internet when it looked nothing like it does now and when most households did not have connectivity. For that matter, I'm just barely old enough to remember most households not have a computer but being one of the few that did (thanks to my father having one because of the business he owned).

I feel like I was somewhere around 5. My mom started teaching me how to properly shut down the computer, open programs like Corel Word Perfect and MS Paint, and my Lion King games. At some point she showed me how to dial up with Net Zero because there were games online I wanted to play. haha I remember I didn't think much of the internet, though... I spent most of my time in Paint and some scrapbooking program where I made bookmarks and things with clip art.
I didn't really get into the internet until I was around 11 and started playing the Sims. I'd go on the Sims 2 website and Mod the Sims 2 and download all sorts of things.

I discovered the internet, from what I recall, by myself. I remember my parents bought me this huge Gateway computer, and it was just a huge desktop sitting on top of a hardrive. And back then we were connected to MSN for internet, or something like that. I remember always accessing AOL. But I do remember that for quite sometime Runescape was huge and stupid flash games were the biggest trend.
