It actually wasn't SPAM, but oh well. I received the email blast from the old codersCommunity forum and here I am.
My name is Bob Hensley. I'm twenty three and I'm an experience software developer. By profession though I do marketing, advertising and a little bit of selling for a local automotive dealership group (I'm a Business Development Manager).
I've been around the ProBoards service for a little over a decade. And I have been programming for equally as long. Web development is my forte; especially with the PHP and Ruby languages. Though I do a fair amount of desktop and mobile application development as well. I'm well-versed in a variety of languages, but Ruby, PHP and C# are my mainstays.
I'm passionate about databases. It's a field I research quite a bit about and have become very familiar with. I'm also an experience systems and network administrator. I have my job to thank for the latter, as I was more or less forced to learn Cisco business-grade hardware when they found out I had an IT background.
Anyways, enough of that. I'm here and I feel like I might have some stuff to start posting in the coding forums.
